The Helix Haus is a beautiful, chic private house perfect for rest, relaxation and fun in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg just 0.7 miles off main street. This home is complete with beautifully decorated interior, stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, coffee bar (Keurig and traditional coffee makers, tea and hot cocoa), gas fireplace, vanity room with makeup mirrors, hot tub, grill, indoor/outdoor game room, fire pit, Wifi, and TV with cable. This impeccable home has everything you would need for the perfect stay! Pour yourself a glass of wine and stay awhile.
The Helix Haus is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which comfortably sleeps 10 people.
This home includes a beautifully renovated kitchen, stocked with pots/pans, dishware, cooking items and place settings for 12 people. Coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker with some K-cups (but also please bring your own to use and share), 12 cup traditional coffee maker with bean grinder, tea and hot cocoa. The pull-up bar seats 4 and the eat-in chic farmhouse style kitchen seats 10.

Bedroom #1 includes a king bed with adjoining full bathroom to Bedroom #2 which includes two queen beds with vanity makeup mirrors. Bedroom #3 includes a king bed and Bedroom #4 includes a queen bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located next to bedrooms #3 and #4. All bedrooms have luxury memory foam mattresses, hotel collection pillows and fine linens.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM-7AM.
Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. A Minut noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City Ordinance.

As you may know, the state of Texas charges 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax. Additionally, the city of Fredericksburg charges 7% Lodging Accommodations Tax. This is listed as a "Community Fee" and is rolled into the nightly fee in the listing and will be remitted to the City of Fredericksburg.
For complete booking, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with your email and home address as well as provide a $300 security deposit. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez.
